To walk around the big city. How I miss enjoying the sounds, enjoying the smells, enjoying the beauty enjoying the flaws. Sometimes I can smell the city in the rain of my quaint planned community.

Do I want my wife and son to live their whole lives in a world of cookie cutter homes?
How do I stop waiting for the “go-ahead” to live where I want?
When will it be the “right time” to move?
How long will I stand for being unhappy with my surroundings?

i've always loved that quote. it's true tho bro. it's never going to be perfect, stars aren't going to align for you to make the move. you just have to balance your pragmatism with your excitement and make an honest decision. but if your waiting for perfection, you like all of us, will be waiting a long time. you know if you come to ny though, what you can count on from sally and i. no question. anything, anytime, anywhere.
