I arrived at Tuesday basketball about 10 minutes late. Since there were people waiting to play I decided to lift weights instead. This morning I woke up back pain free.
My conclusion: !!!BASKETBALL IS THE DEVIL Bobby Boucher!!!

Seriously I just need to stop playing at hack central. The weather is breaking so pickup games at the park may be the way to go.
